Nikki Willson is trained as a sculptor and now works primarily as a painter, continuing to explore issues of figuration, gesture, and identity.

Since graduating from the Victorian College of the Arts and the Australian National Institute of the Arts in 2003 with a Bachelor of Visual Arts (Honours), Nikki has exhibited in a range of solo and group shows.

Her work has been acquired by private collectors, and through individual commissions.
